1. Information Collection

We may collect the following types of information:

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Registration information: email address, password (stored using bcrypt encryption)
  • Developer information: payout accounts, tax information, KYC identity verification documents
  • Contact forms: inquiry content and contact details you submit
  • Payment information: transaction details provided during payment (processed by third-party payment providers; the Platform does not store bank card numbers or payment account credentials)
  • Freelance marketplace information: skills, work history, project proposals, and bid submissions
  • Support ticket information: technical support requests and correspondence records you submit

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Access logs: visit time, pages viewed, referral links
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to maintain login status, affiliate tracking, and improve user experience
  • Advertising interaction data: ad impressions and click records

2. Information Usage

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving Platform services (digital goods trading, license management, freelance marketplace, etc.)
  • Processing transactions and sending related notifications (order confirmations, license expiration reminders, review invitations)
  • Verifying identity and preventing fraud (including developer KYC verification)
  • Sending service-related email and SMS notifications
  • Processing affiliate commission tracking and settlement
  • Performing license activation, domain binding, and anti-tampering detection
  • Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support (including ticket system and technical expert referrals)
  • Analyzing Platform usage to improve user experience
  • Operating and optimizing the Platform's advertising system

3. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party payment and service providers, each processing your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

3.1 Payment Services

  • WeChat Pay: Processes payments via the WeChat channel, collecting your WeChat account identifier and transaction information. Data is processed by Tencent; see the WeChat Pay Privacy Policy for details.
  • Alipay: Processes payments via the Alipay channel, collecting your Alipay account identifier and transaction information. Data is processed by Ant Group; see the Alipay Privacy Policy for details.
  • Stripe: Processes international credit card and other payment method transactions, collecting card numbers, cardholder names, and other payment credentials. The Platform does not store full card numbers. Data is processed by Stripe, Inc.; see stripe.com/privacy for details.

3.2 Cloud Storage Services

  • Cloudflare R2: Used to store product files (e.g., plugin packages, update packages). Data may be stored across multiple regions within Cloudflare's global network, involving cross-border data transfers.

3.3 Communication Services

  • Email service: Used to send order confirmations, review invitations, email verification, license expiration reminders, and platform announcements.
  • SMS service: Used to send verification codes and transaction notification messages.

4. Cookie Usage

4.1 We use the following types of cookies:

  • Session cookies: Maintain your login status and preferences; expire when the browser is closed.
  • Affiliate tracking cookie (affiliate_ref): When you access the Platform through an affiliate link, we set an affiliate_ref cookie in your browser to record the referral source for commission calculation purposes. This cookie has a limited lifespan.

4.2 You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling session cookies will affect core features such as login.

4.3 The Platform operates its own CPC advertising system. Ad impressions and click tracking are handled internally and do not use third-party advertising network tracking cookies.

5. Freelance Marketplace Data

5.1 If you participate in the freelance marketplace (talent marketplace or bidding marketplace), we collect and process the following data:

  • Bid information: project proposals, pricing, and time estimates you submit
  • Project contracts: agreed scope of work, milestones, and payment terms
  • Escrow funds: records of funds held in escrow and their release
  • Dispute evidence: if a dispute arises, communication records, deliverables, and other relevant evidence submitted by both parties
  • Review information: mutual reviews submitted by both parties upon project completion

5.2 Freelance marketplace data may be retained and accessed during dispute resolution and handled according to platform rules thereafter.

6. Anti-Tampering Detection Data

6.1 To ensure license security and software integrity, the Platform performs anti-tampering detection, collecting the following data:

  • Domain activation status: records of domains bound to licenses
  • Tamper flags: detection and logging of unauthorized modifications to product files
  • Domain integrity logs: periodic verification result records

6.2 This data is used solely for license security verification and does not involve tracking of individual user behavior.

7. Advertising System

7.1 The Platform operates a competitive CPC (cost-per-click) advertising system.

7.2 We record ad impressions and click activity for billing, performance analysis, and click fraud prevention.

7.3 Advertising interaction data is not used for off-site tracking and is not shared with third-party advertising networks.

8. Information Storage and Security

8.1 Your personal information is stored on secure servers with encrypted storage and transmission.

8.2 Passwords are stored using bcrypt encryption; no one (including Platform administrators) can view your original password.

8.3 Product files are stored on Cloudflare R2, and data may involve cross-border transfers. By using Cloudflare services, your data may be transferred to servers located outside your country or region.

8.4 We retain your information until account deletion or as long as necessary.

8.5 Transaction records are retained for no less than 5 years as required by law.

9. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Payment processing: sharing necessary information with WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Stripe to complete transactions
  • Legal requirements: complying with laws, regulations, or judicial/administrative orders
  • Service providers: sharing with vendors who help operate the Platform (e.g., email services, SMS services, cloud storage)
  • Developers: when purchasing products, developers may view necessary license information (excluding payment details)
  • Dispute arbitration: presenting relevant evidence to disputing parties and arbitrators in freelance marketplace disputes

10. Email and SMS Notifications

10.1 We send the following notifications via email: order confirmations, review invitations, email verification, license expiration reminders, and platform announcements.

10.2 We send verification codes and important transaction notifications via SMS.

10.3 You can manage notification preferences in your account settings; however, critical transaction notifications (e.g., order confirmations, security verifications) cannot be disabled.

11. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Access: You can view the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion: Within the scope permitted by law, you can request deletion of your personal information
  • Data portability: You can request an export of your personal data

12. Security Measures

We take the following security measures to protect your information:

  • Data transmission encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Password encryption storage (bcrypt)
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability fixes
  • Access controls and permission management

  • License anti-tampering detection system

Platform services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

14.3 Updated policies take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
