Welcome to 数字刻栈 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of our services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Service Description

The Platform is a digital product licensing and trading platform that provides the following services:

Digital Product Marketplace: Listing, browsing, and purchasing of digital products such as WordPress plugins, themes, and code scripts
License Management: License generation, activation, domain binding, expiration management, and automatic updates
Developer Onboarding: Multi-tenant developer registration, review, and KYC identity verification
Freelance Marketplace: Talent pool, bidding marketplace, project contracts, and milestone payments
Affiliate Program: Referral link tracking, commission sharing, and payouts
Value-Added Services: Ticket system, technical expert referrals, review system, advertising platform, coupons, and API access

2. Account Registration

2.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it promptly when changes occur.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential. Any losses resulting from your failure to properly safeguard account information are your sole responsibility.

2.3 Each user may register only one account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse or duplicate registration.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload digital products containing malicious code, viruses, or backdoor programs
Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patents)
Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent product information
Use the Platform for any illegal activities
Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or other users' use of the service
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts
Tamper with, crack, or bypass the Platform's license verification and anti-tampering mechanisms
Engage in fake clicks, order manipulation, or other forms of platform abuse through automated means

4. Developer Terms

4.1 Developers warrant that uploaded digital products are their original works or that they have proper authorization.

4.2 Developers bear full legal responsibility for the content of their uploaded products.

4.3 The Platform reserves the right to remove non-compliant products and pursue legal action when necessary.

4.4 The Platform collects a commission from each transaction, as announced on the Platform.

4.5 Developers may request payouts once their earnings reach the minimum withdrawal amount, processed within the specified timeframe.

4.6 Developer onboarding requires KYC identity verification with valid identification documents. Developers who fail verification will not be able to list products or request payouts.

4.7 The Platform operates a developer tier system based on sales performance, user reviews, and compliance records. Tier levels affect product visibility, commission rates, and payout privileges.

5. Purchasing and Licensing

5.1 After purchasing a digital product, you will receive a license to use the product within the authorized scope.

5.2 License types, usage scope, and validity periods are clearly displayed on the purchase page.

5.3 Licenses are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the Platform.

5.4 After license expiration, you may continue using installed products but will no longer receive updates or technical support.

5.5 The Platform provides automatic product updates via SDK to ensure you always have the latest secure version.

5.6 The Platform performs anti-tampering detection. If unauthorized modifications to product files are detected, related licenses may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated.

6.2 Refunds may be requested if a product has serious functional defects that the developer cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Refund requests are reviewed by the Platform and processed via the original payment method.

6.4 Freelance Marketplace refund rules:

Milestone Payments: If a milestone deliverable does not meet the contract requirements, the buyer may request a refund during the acceptance period, subject to Platform arbitration
Escrow Funds: During dispute resolution, relevant escrow funds will be frozen and distributed according to the arbitration outcome
If a project is cancelled due to the service provider's fault, unreleased escrow funds will be returned to the buyer

7. Affiliate Program

7.1 Users may apply to become affiliate members, earning commissions by driving traffic to the Platform through dedicated referral links.

7.2 Commission Calculation: When a user registers and completes a purchase through your referral link, you will receive the agreed commission share.

7.3 Referral links track referral sources via cookies (affiliate_ref), which have a limited validity period.

7.4 The following promotional practices are prohibited:

Using your own referral link to purchase products for yourself
Creating fake registrations and purchases through fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent means
Conducting spam promotions or misleading advertising through unauthorized channels
Tampering with or hijacking other affiliates' referral links

7.5 Violations of these rules may result in revocation of affiliate status, freezing of unsettled commissions, and recovery of improperly issued commissions.

7.6 Commissions may be withdrawn once the minimum payout threshold is reached, processed within the specified timeframe.

8. Freelance Marketplace Terms

8.1 Bidding Rules: When submitting project proposals in the bidding marketplace, service providers must provide truthful and accurate quotes and time estimates. Malicious underbidding or false commitments will be considered violations.

8.2 Project Contracts: Upon reaching an agreement, both parties should sign a project contract defining the scope of work, milestones, and payment terms. Contract terms are subject to Platform rules.

8.3 Milestone Payments: Project payments are released in installments based on milestones. Upon completion of each milestone, the buyer should confirm delivery or raise objections within the agreed acceptance period.

8.4 Escrow Funds: Buyers deposit funds into escrow with the Platform at project commencement. The Platform releases corresponding funds to the service provider upon milestone acceptance. The Platform reserves the right to charge escrow service fees.

8.5 Dispute Arbitration: If a dispute arises between buyer and service provider, either party may request Platform arbitration. The Platform will render a decision based on evidence submitted by both parties (including but not limited to communication records, deliverables, and contract terms). The arbitration decision is final.

8.6 Platform Service Fees: The Platform charges service fees on Freelance Marketplace transactions, as announced on the Platform.

9. Advertising Platform Terms

9.1 Advertisers may place competitive CPC (cost-per-click) ads on the Platform to promote their products or services.

9.2 Ad Bidding Mechanism: Advertisers set a maximum bid per click, and the system ranks and displays ads based on bid amount and relevance.

9.3 Advertising Rules:

Ad content must be truthful and lawful, and must not contain false or misleading information
Ads must not link to malicious websites or pages containing harmful code
The Platform reserves the right to reject or remove non-compliant ads

9.4 Fake Click Handling: The Platform uses internal detection mechanisms to identify and filter fake clicks. Charges incurred from fake clicks will not be billed, and serious offenders may have their advertising privileges suspended.

10. API Usage Terms

10.1 Developers may access the Platform's API via API Key for product management, license verification, and other features.

10.2 API Key Management: Each developer account may generate an API Key, which should be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared.

10.3 Quota Limits: API calls are subject to quota limits based on account tier and API access level.

10.4 Rate Limits: API requests are subject to rate limiting; requests exceeding the limit will be temporarily rejected.

10.5 Abuse Handling: Abuse of the API (including but not limited to high-frequency polling, circumventing quota limits, or using the API for attacks) will result in suspension or revocation of the API Key.

11. Review System Rules

11.1 After purchasing a product or completing a freelance project, users may post reviews.

11.2 Review content must be truthful and objective. Fake positive reviews, malicious negative reviews, or reviews containing inappropriate content are prohibited.

11.3 Developers have the right to reply to user reviews on their products.

11.4 The Platform reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the rules (including but not limited to fake reviews, abusive content, and irrelevant advertisements).

12. Coupon Usage Rules

12.1 The Platform or developers may issue coupons that users can apply at checkout according to the applicable rules.

12.2 Each coupon has specific terms of use (applicable scope, minimum spend, validity period, usage limits, etc.), as detailed in the coupon description.

12.3 Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly marked as stackable.

12.4 The Platform reserves the right to cancel benefits and pursue accountability for coupons obtained or used through fraudulent means.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the Platform (including but not limited to interface design, trademarks, and logos) is the intellectual property of the Platform.

13.2 Intellectual property rights of digital products belong to the respective developers; the Platform only obtains distribution authorization.

13.3 No one may copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without authorization.

14. Disclaimer

14.1 The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, quality, or security of developer-uploaded products.

14.2 The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from product usage.

14.3 In the Freelance Marketplace, the Platform serves solely as a transaction facilitator and escrow agent, and makes no guarantees regarding the performance capabilities of either party.

14.4 The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; modified Terms take effect upon announcement on the Platform.

15. Service Changes and Termination

15.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.

15.2 If you violate these Terms, the Platform may immediately terminate your account and services.

15.3 After service termination, licenses you have obtained remain valid for their duration.

15.4 Active projects and escrow funds in the Freelance Marketplace will be handled according to Platform rules upon service termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Platform's location.
